June 12 for MGS HD Collection on Vita

So as the summer commences and give us record heat temperatures and a shit load of summer movies (also news bits of Metal Gear Rising trying to Make It Right), Game Informer states a June 12th release date for Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection for the PS Vita.

What's also interesting to note is that both Amazon and GameStop have a price for $39.99, which is $20 less than the console versions (though it will ship with no Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker). Also to note that Amazon has a pre-order deal where you get a $10 credit.

June 12th is just around the corner. Will you be buying this game again? Plus the timing is just right as the release date is just 3 days before a beloved member of the Soup's birthday!

UPDATE: Konami has also announced a June 29 release date for Europe.

i recall at the podcast those people where celebrating... maybe they got some problems getting the HD console edition into europe... maybe "something" put on hold the release until march 2012, and they kinda sounded relieved that they can actually release the game at similar dates on west territories.
