Uh, The Origin is even easier, dude.

Play MGS3.

Big Boss recommends to Ocelot that he use a revolver and, later on in the midst of a battle with Big Boss, Ocelot has to reload (and does so out in the open) the six-shot cylinders of his revolvers, finding it "exhilarating".

I think it's like Ravi said, somewhat -- he's never right anyway.

Bullet-by-bullet-reloading is usually slower-going and definitely requires more dexterity.

Ocelot probably gets off on the phallus-in-the-hole-thing, too.

And think of the self-control you have to have during that adrenaline peak in a life-or-death moment; performing well under those conditions must be its own reward.
