Kojima To Push The Envelope on Next Game

When it comes to Kojima and delicate subjects, he doesn't have much restraint (with the exception of The Boss having her titty hangin'). I mean we know Kojima enjoys doing lines, fifteen year old girls, and wants people to cut themselves. In speaking last Friday at The Smithsonian, Kojima talked briefly about his upcoming project. Stating it may be a bit "delicate" and "taboo."

"The game I'm working on right now is dealing with quite a few issues that are pretty delicate and taboo. "I'm not sure if they'll end up being in the final product or not, but that's something that I want to continue to strive for."

Is this going to be a new subject for him to tackle? Will it involve the R-Ape? Make himself his own deity?

Will this be a new IP or will it be in regards to an upcoming Metal Gear? Will it be in regards to Project Orge? Or will this relate into the new Zone of The Enders game?

I thought MGS4 was supposed to "push the envelope" as well, but all it had was female villains and a drum full of liquid shit...

...I guess that whole "pooping on girls' faces" thing is popular in Japan, and since Meryl and Johnny are married now, there might be some sort of boss based on The Pain, where Meryl sucks liquid shit out of Johnny's ass and then spits it at Snake, but that's about all I'm expecting from a new Metal Gear game at this point.
