In the trailer, at 1:40, there's a conversation between some faggot and Raiden. Faggot whines about Raiden "denying the weapon its purpose" (ie chip-chop action) while Raiden proclaims that his sword is only a "tool for justice" (pretty much a more emo and melodramatic version of the argument between Snake and Liquid on top of REX.)
Then at 2:10, Faggot says "well here's what happens when you bring a TOOL to a SWORD FIGHT! Admit that you're a killer!" Then the fight between Raiden and Vamp 2.0 starts.
This leads me to believe that Faggot is actually Vamp 2.0.
And he sounds nothing like Vamp.
