I wanted to play the remake on PSP, but:

1. I'll probably never own a PSP unless one just appeared in my hands;

2. I don't feel like emulating it.

Plus, I have the original still. Bad translation moments aside, the overall script translation isn't as horrid as some people make it out to be. I just wanted to see all the extras in the remake.

I'm really interested in trying out the multiplayer, but finding someone else with a PSP is hard enough let alone someone else with FFT as well...

I KNEW we had a Final Fantasy thread.

I'm actually excited about FFXIII-2, mainly because of this.

But one thing I heard was that the end of the game is abrupt and the only way to get the "true" ending is DLC.

Because XIII wasn't horrible but Square Enix tried to be innovative but apparently people still want their teenage hero with the trouble past to save the world but meets a rag tag group of people (who also have a troubled past) to have an encounter with someone that was involved in said past.

The biggest problem with XIII for me was the linearity.
