Boba Fett went on to become fucking Mand'alor and eventually rebuilt the Mandalorian clan and lead their badass armies. Boba Fett's EU stories are mad-awesome.

No one's you have to read the EU. If you don't want to, just go with this. Very comprehensive and to the point. I consider it my Star Wars history texbook. I also use it as a reference point for what novels I particularly want to read, just to go a little more in-depth. |

But what I mean is, they're just bonus material for the rabid fans. No one needs to know every single detail about what happened and how in order to grasp what's going on in the movies.
Also, I dug up some of my old Star Wars toys.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT was there a ton.
I had a fuck load of action figures (even a few vintage ones, like Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Imperial Guard, and Bossk), the Millennium Falcon as an action figure case, a landspeeder, a music record, this Yoda Christmas snow globe my grandma got me, and this old Darth Vader mask my dad used to wear to scare the shit out of us. God knows how I could go into detail on each and every one of them.
I thought I was going to cry. lol
Edit: Ha, now I remember this one time when my dad made paper mache masks based on the characters. It was in my first house, when I was REALLY young. He imitated Chewbacca when working on the C-3PO mask (since he was rebuilding C-3PO in Empire.)

YES. That is the one of the only Star Wars novels I have ever read (other than something I read in middle school, I, Jedi). And as a novel in itself, it was pretty good. Mind you, it's been years since I've read it. But it was a very likeable and somewhat dark story.
