It's pretty fucking serious man. Major Spoiler defected and joined forces with Muni Shinobu (wait, who?) to reveal things.

If you still have a spoiler hymen, you better get the fuck out by clicking on something, quickly, like our forums or some shit.

Weapons include the MK.2

We know.

When Snake is controlling the MkII, he is using the Playstation 3 controller. If you look at Snake's hands, you can see him holding it.

We know.

This man...

...might be somebody's daddy.

Wait, what? Well, he IS somebody's daddy, literally speaking. But... oh shit!

Do I hear a raid at Konami's offices happening? Will everyone admit defeat to the concept of doing-it-for-profit, like I did? Or is this a lie (despite almost everything else on the site being pretty much true?) or a trolling effort on Kojima's part? Could this have anything to do with the revolutionary FLASHBACK(TM) feature?

Only one man can tell. Or two. Or three. Four?

SOURCE: Um, Geocities, specifically this page

Also, he's best known as playing Dr. Eggman. End of story.

UPDATE 10/28/07: War has been confirmed on TUS soil! Also, if you may recall:

And what a time to return!

Also, you had to have fucking known this was coming, considering he was on the damn poster from day one.

According to Kojima, it was Shinkawa's choice to put him on the poster. Now think about this... If Big Boss wasn't going to be in the game in some shape or form, then why the fuck would he allow a random character to be on there?

That's like putting Fortune on the poster for no reason at all.

Also, in before ******

Big Boss was also depicted in artwork for the original Metal Gear Solid as well as The Twin Snakes because he was still important to the plot. Big Boss can still be important to the plot in MGS4.

Also, let's not jump to any conclusions. Maybe Big Boss is digitized as a Patriot? Maybe this is a flashback feature? Maybe the idea got scrapped? Maybe the guy is full of shit? Maybe Kojima was joking but was taken seriously. Maybe we're being trolled.

Actually, I think the reason why he was depicted in MGS1 and TTS, was because of what part he played in to the plot. Liquid wanted his remains. Now, considering that a lot of people didn't play Metal Gear before Solid game out on the PS1, I'm guessing it was so others would realize that he wasn't talking about the dude with the bear claw from a Bruce Lee movie. Now... Considering that they've given more insight to Big Boss via Snake Eater, there wouldn't have been a real reason to actually put him in... however, your actual theory proves to be as explainable.

I hope this isn't another 'Trolled' moment.

MPO2, anyone?

Well, also, look at that body. Not eat much, Boss?

However, I'm just going to assume that the plot of the game was altered so people can go "OH FUCK YEA LOL AWESOME" when it's revealed that Big Boss is part of that perfect soldier shit from Portable Ops. My $660 will cry, but it will make for a good review about how shitty it is.

I learned this from Portable Ops--never have hope about new Metal Gear games.

I'm kinda saddened to see someone else has that theory also. I learnt a lot from MPO, on the negative side. However... Maybe there's something missing here. I mean, they bought back Gray Fox, but his body wasn't that fucked up compared to Big Boss'. However... Exoskeleton comes back in to theory. You know what, fuck it. I prefer not to think about it, considering how much is riding on this game. I just don't want another Halo.

Just playing it safe. My problem for taking rules too literally, though. Embarassed Other than that, all this talk about Kojima trolling us reminds me of back in 2004 when I would be fooled by my local Gamestop about how MGS3 was pushed back to the end of November, then I would hear later that it's being released as scheduled.

Konami and Sony make a good couple. Konami slips fast ones to agitate us, and Sony keeps re-pricing its new PS3 models.

Besides being one of the craziest Metal Gear gamers in Asia, the guy posted spoilers to Snake Eater way before anybody else knew about.

LOL BUT WIKIPEDIA WILL NOT

LOL, but is he who he says he is and not someone imitating him.

I was just a wee bit sceptical with it being Geocities.

It's been his site for a long ass time.

But yes, the Geocities thing is pretty funny which is why I joked about it in the source link.

Wow, i'm gone for a bit and I come back to this. Geocities, I never really thought of them as a reliable site, but what do I know, This is my first or second time going to the site.

Big Boss may appear in MGS4, but maybe just in the Flashback option, not in any cut-scenes or codec calls. As I believe somebody already mentioned. If he only appears in the Flashback, I won't mind.

If he didn't come back at all, that'd simply be even better. Personally, I've had enough Big Boss Bullshit since Snake Eater.
