Son of a bitch... I should have done some fact checking before I posted that. You are correct. However, the rest of what I said still rings true. I remember hearing talk back when GotP came out that most of the space on the disc was used up by uncompressed audio.

that and some hi-res textures can be scaled down, it might not sound as much but if all the textures are downgraded like that a little more might be saved, still i think a big chunck of usessless dialogue have to get the fuck out (most of those animated diagrams and powerpoint presentations and every time someone refers to mgs3 cast becoming patriot or something)

They probably couldn't incorporate those without forcing people to delete their saves or restart the game from scratch. All of these trophies can easily be read and received by having the patch fix the in-game counters and doesn't require patches to read where a person did a specific story oriented achievement or feat.

I've actually done several of these normally so they shouldn't be too hard.

shame there's no a reward for completing the game with zero kills, zero continues, zero rations, zero alerts and zero knocked guards on ultimate european boss difficulty (i don't remember the name, or care about it), just to please the newfags most of the trophies might be unlocked on very easy...
