That is misleading. Health insurers would be the ones covering the cost of contraceptives if a women seeks to get it. It's not "Hey you're a women? Pay up and here you go".

You're kidding right?

Everytime an employer MUST do something or chooses to do something for an employee to be, it comes out of their salary.

They allot 50k for a position, and have to pay 10k a year in benefits, so they hire them at 40k.

The consumer/worker ALWAYS PAY FOR EVERYTHING, everything, everything.

The only thing that's free are smiles and compliments so go hand some out, seriously. Not in an asshole or sarcastic way. Spread some good, and don't make the assumption that anyone gets anything free otherwise.
