Most of the reports and reviews so far are saying this game is superior to the HD version, but lacking in extras. Also apparently the final game is a lot more steady than the demo was...which makes me happy.

My big gripe is that MG1 and MG2SS are not in, which means I will be buying the damn vita ports just to have a more complete collection.

The upside is that the Character models in this version shine above the original or the HD versions, with all sorts of color and texture improvements. They look just awesome.

So far I'm having a lot of fun.
Been playing since I got off class and it's giving me my nostalgic dose.

Not that I haven't played it in years or anything.
This is actually my twentieth time playing Mgs3.
Feels pretty damn good.

I can confirm that the Yoshi's are not all in the same locations where the frogs used to be. Some of them have been moved. No confirmation as to if there are any more or less.

I was actually upset to see that one of my favorite things about MGS3 being the Kerotan frogs, were taken out. For a Mario character I hate.

am upset.

But other than that. Game's fun as hell.

I'm enjoying it. With the Circle Pad Pro, at least. Anyway, popped in here to link to IGN's review, which made me laugh hard.

This game would've been awesome if classic Metal Gear Online was included.. "Gyro Controls" and Picture camouflage are interesting features but the deal isn't sweet enough! No online play is a shame.
