Finally after 2 and a half years I'll finally know the truth about MGS Rising. This "amazing news" has got me even more hyped but it will probably be something lame like Kinect integration.

Don't worry guys...
No matter how much they're hyping RISING now, they're also setting up a BIGGER RISK OF DISSAPPOINTMENT that'll make you forget any RISING hype as we speak...
Still they are betting their reputation on this secret PS3 game pretty hard... Maybe it might be awesome...
I like to hope...
Companies love to promise big things and excite the shit out of gamers despite the track record of disapointments... and they'll do it again and we'll get excite again and again... because, God help us, we love it!

I never thought about this. I will have a field day about this considering how many times Flynn was like "WTF IM NOT RAIDEN FUCK YOU" and I kept on pointing out that the game is hardly at the stage of voice over sessions.

Probably announcing David Hayter is the new Raiden.
But seriously, I would like it if they showed some new characters in the trailer; some of the artworks have made me curious. Probably not gonna happen, though.
Kojima will most likely show Raiden slicing up coconuts and then some dwarf gekko appear and start dancing while Raiden swings his sword around like a penguin, because he is not Dedede. At the end of the trailer Hideo Kojima's name appears in huge, bold letters and he will say "This. Is My Final. MGS. Game."
Everyone will be shocked, because this has never happened before. Then the lights will go out and suddenly a voice starts speaking in a monotonous way:
"TuRn ThE iNtErNeT oFf. RiGhT. nOw."
>cue complete silence
"Oh, did you think you'd seen the last of us? He. He. He."
An image of the AI Colonel flashes and then Kojima goes on to say "The truth about MGS Rising, is that it will kick some major ass."
Then the AI Colonel says "May contain traces of nuts" and the MGS Rising logo appears with epic Harry Gregson-Williams music playing.
