I've never seen anyone with that specific picture as an avatar. But first off they need to start using Photobucket instead of yfrog.

Second, it may be because some bullshit has been blocked from viewing in your country of Colombia. For instance, Zerim can't view 4chan anymore, cause I think his country blocked it.

So it may just be a country thing.

Same here. I guess I have to register at Imageshack? That's silly. It only started happening a few days ago. Google-search says that it's a problem with the website the images are posted on, though

Anybody who uses Imageshack. Ravi, Ritcher, Hairy Armpits etc. It's not exclusive to avatars.
