Fuckin' Dreams, yo

So, I just had the weirdest (and awesome) dream ever last night.

The world is about to go to full scale nuclear war because the Soviet Union (yes, that still exists in my "world") got pissed that they lost a national football game to the US. In the chaos, I managed to get laid four times.

From what I can recall, this was all inspired by a few things;

1.) Peace Walker's "deterrence" theme
2.) The 2004 film "Miracle"
3.) My sport of choice
4.) My unsatisfied sex drive

I've been so busy for the past few months that I've stopped writing down my dreams and reading them, thus lowering the chance of having more lucid dreams (which are always fun once you attain it now and then).

But two nights ago I had a really weird dream that inspired me to keep up with my dream recall and try for lucidity. It's not worth telling all of it here, because it's only really funny if you know the people who are in the dream, but the ending is what was really weird.

Earlier during the dream, my actual room mate found a baby (who looked a lot like my girlfriend's nephew) and he took it in. I knew it was wrong, but I went along with the crime. So we stole this infant, and then the room mate starting doing some sick shit, like hitting the kid when I wasn't around and playing loud music all the time to torture the kid.

So later on, in the end of the dream (that I can recall), he tells me about how he is going to cut the kid's feet. Literally just take a straight razor and start cutting. He leaves to buy the razor, and I grab the child. We leave the apartment, but I realize I forgot my keys so I rush back inside. Before we can exit once more, the room mate enters the door with two chicks dancing. He sees me, then takes out a pistol while the birds continue their dancing. I remember saying something along the lines of "I get it, you have a fucking gun" right before I run at him.

We scuffle for a bit, and the whole time I'm thinking, 'I don't mind if he shoots off my finger...'. I finally wrest the pistol from his hand, aim it at his head and fire three shots into his skull. One girl comments on how it's boring, so they both leave while I call the cops to come pick up the baby.

Weird.

I keep having this one dream...

I'm back in Shadow Moses, I've ascended the cargo elevator from the dock and I'm at the front gates... I sneak about and hop in the back of a truck...

BUT THERE'S NO SOCOM!!

I look everywhere, everything else is just how I remember it, the guards, the cameras, the chaff grenades...But I can't find a gun anywhere!!

I wake up screaming in a cold sweat.

What should I do?

I hardly ever dream, as some may remember my saying this...but tonight I woke up from a sad dream and I woke up crying. Anyway, the dream was about someone telling me about a genuine heart and what it really feels deep down. In the dream, I wasn't surprised but I was really angry because deep down in my heart, I always knew the truth of how someone really did feel of me.
I believe my dream. I think sometimes dreams come to us because we won't see the things we are in such a denile about.

Anyway, I'm glad I don't remember mine so much. Waking up sad and hurt and angry isn't such a nice feeling.

For anyone willing to try it, if you write down everything you can remember when you wake up, eventually you can just remember your dreams clear as day. It can be sort of useful trying to interpret what your subconsciousness is thinking about.
