This was the first game I ever played. It was really cool to me.
This game brings me A LOT of memories. I think I never beat it lol.
This game may have sucked ass, but for me as a kid it was THE BEST RACING GAME EVAR.
But there were 3 games that were THE games of my childhood.
The first game I played that was kind of a cinematic experience.
Gave me lots of replay value.
I love this game. Critics can say whatever the fuck they want, but this game kicks ass. And the soundtrack was excellent. I used to whistle the song playing in the level while I played .
Yes, the Nintendo 64 was amazing. I actually didn't know anyone that owned a Playstation. It's sad how after that Nintendo kind of became a joke, at least to more hardcore gamers.
Yeah I was a big fan once upon a time, in those days where magazines and all the little guide books were in place of the internet long ago. I was pretty happy with how the Gamecube turned out to be honest, there were plenty of games I felt were good enough. It's successor though... is another story.

My childhood was mainly 2 games
My dad used to play it and I watched until I played it at 6 and well this was the constant results until my dad showed me the controls and what to do
But during that whole time my mom was promoting me to play another game mainly because her 6 year old daughter was playing a M rated game. She apparently didnt like me playing video games in general but I guess she found one "Child friendly" game witch I also fell in love with (I COULD BARELY READ AND SHE WANTED MY TO PLAY THIS!)
Since I didnt know how to catch Pokemon until my friend Andrew showed me I had a level 80 charzard and the rest were level 20 since they couldnt battle and i managed to beat the game
I pretty much just summed up my early years in these two games
Ditto.
My brother bought MGS1, and it wasn't until after his third run he allowed me to play it.
I was obviously crap, I was 4 [or 5] at the time. It was still pretty fun, eventually I actually got past the age when you're crap at video games [around 7] and started my work to do it faster, better, less kills. Also about the time I realized I had a rather severe case of OCD.
I loved the Pokemon Games. I can remember my Nan pushing me around in a trolley while she shopped at Tesco's and Mark's and Spencer's. Good fucking times. It's so nostalgic to play through Soul Silver.
Also, Spiro. So good. I actually got a water blister on my thumb playing one of these once.

MGS1-Obviously
Crash Bandicoot
Croc 1 and 2
Tomb Raider 1,2 and 3
Tomorrow Never Dies
007 Racing
Syphon Filter
Rayman
Spiderman 2
I used to have a shitload of demo discs too that had god knows what game demos on that I used to play over and over, without it becoming tedious. I love the way you can do that as a kid.

Well, I pretty much grew up on video games. Sorry if I repeat a game that has already been posted before, and these are in no particular order.
All of these games mean a great amount to me, and of course, I played a lot more than I just posted. I'll try to post as many as I can but for now, I want to end this post with one of the best side-scrolling games ever made. Brilliant gameplay, graphics and music. This game really pushed the Genesis to its hardware limits. Pure brilliance.
Earthbound is such a hilarious and unique game, I'm glad it's getting some recognition here. I really hope it comes to the Virtual Console sometime soon, but I doubt it.
