Hi Ravi... I tried to clear my messages but I get this message...
Warning. You have reached your message limit. To be able to receive messages you will need to delete old messages. This is after I click all the messages and hit delete. It takes me to this message. When I go to click on my inbox, it takes me to this message again, so I cant even see my old messages to delete. Will you help me please? thank you.... I hope you had a nice Easter. it is what it is |

I think I had this problem too and I had to go into "TRASH CAN" in order to actually delete messages after I "deleted" them from the inbox.

It worked! Thank you...I had to empty the trash can a lot! I forgot about the trash can. lol
