As for Olga's baby, I don't see why we should assume that Snake and Raiden knew the sex of the baby back in MGS2, they're just assuming that the kid is male, no big deal.

Because part of the plot of that game was Snake knows everything and Raiden knows nothing, so it kind of makes Snake seem like an idiot to so freely note the sex of the child if he was wrong?
I speak English, Japanese, and Spanish... I still have no fucking clue what you just said. |

Why? Snake didn't know about The Patriots until he got to the Big Shell. Snake knows more than Raiden about what's going on, but it's not like he knows everything.

He invented the Clark Bar, but when the size was reduced to likeness of a credit card, he went crazy and built a giant mech and was going to blow up Moscow, but there were some fatal pinholes in the circuit boards he used and he blew up with it 500,000 feet below the surface of the ocean.
