What is up with Skull Face's speech... abruptly stops talking so we can listen to Donna Burke. Almost felt like Big Boss and Skull Face were about to start hugging up on each other.

You don't get it. You ARE Big Boss. Or a brain washed medic, I mean, gameplayer who is deluded into believing he is Big Boss and nevertheless contributes to the legend of Big Boss like zillionz of other players out there who go through the same ordeal and even invade each other's, uh, bases, to nurture the legend of Big Boss.
So just say something in that scene. Fill in the blanks. Act it out.
