Otacon gives Solid Snake
a handkerchief that smells of Sniper Wolf. Little did Snake know that
this would help him out in five minutes of his life later on...

CONTENTS:
DESCRIPTION
Sniper Wolf's handkerchief. Smells faintly of her.
USE IN SHADOW MOSES

*sniff sniff* It's bacon!
|
During the Shadow Moses Incident in 2005,
Solid Snake gets caught and
captured. While his guard, Johnny Sasaki, runs to take a large shit, Otacon (using
Stealth Camouflage) reaches his cell unnoticed. Otacon hands Snake some shit, like
a bottle of ketchup,
a Ration, a keycard, and a handkerchief. The handkerchief is
actually Sniper Wolf's. She gave it to Otacon (or he stole it). Maybe he has a mucus
fetish?
Solid Snake seems to ignore the fact that Otacon gave him a used handkerchief and
continues onto his mission. Backtracking his way to the communication towers, Snake
encounters those mother fucking wolves. But wait! Those wolves love Sniper Wolf,
and since the handkerchief is filled with Sniper Wolf goodness, the wolves start
to love Snake!
Later on, when Snake fatally shoots Sniper Wolf, he puts the same handkerchief over
her face upon her death as a sign of respect or something. It absorbs some blood.
HANDKERCHIEF THROUGH THE YEARS
Shadow Moses Incident (2005)

Metal Gear Solid (1998)
It could be anything. A marshmellow. A music CD. A napkin.
An old-school maxi-pad. A picture of something fucking stupid.
God. A rubix cube. A GameCube. A nicotine patch. Whatever.

INTERESTING FACTS
-
While the use of handkerchiefs to wipe one's nose is made obsolete by tissue
paper, in some countries, such as Japan, it's seen as "fancy" and respectable.
-
Technically speaking, Solid Snake wears a large handkerchief on his head.
-
Handkerchief + England = Comedy? If only Liquid Snake got ahold of it...
