TGS 07: A lot of shit, Major Spoiler!

Oh shit guys! It's the Tokyo Game Show already! Fuck, and I was about to go to sleep!
If that wasn't enough, as Payton mentioned, there is a trailer that reveals "TOO MUCH!" How much is too much? I dunno! The trailer has yet to be seen outside of the land of bukkake and fake beef.
Somebody decided that we're still in 1998 where videotaping a trailer and uploading it would be "TOO MUCH" so they instead took photographs of the script. No, not THE script, but rather, the script for the "TOO MUCH" trailer, which can be seen at the source link. I have decided to illustrate the script as best as I can. Be warned though, Major Spoiler gets a semi hard-on:
Famistu, as per usual, has all the details that Kojima has to reveal anyways. Too bad I don't know Japanese. Here's some interesting things though:
A NEW CHARACTER APPEARS! Drebin, aka Sisqo.
A NEW CHARACTER APPEARS! Sunny the girl who might have hairy armpits and a shitty fashion sense.
A NEW CHARACTER APPEARS! Wait, what the fuck, is this a monkey:
A NEW CHARACTER APPEARS! Haven Trooper. Haven? Wait, does Outer Haven really exist? Fuck.
That mystery guy isn't Raiden. It's Johnny Sasaki!
OH NOS ITS REX AND RAY!
There is a health bar.
A radar.
And "SLEEP GAS" that might make people feel asleep:
As for the demo, yes, Kojima did indeed give the Japanese the demo first, which he already did with Metal Gear Online god damn it! To top it all off, he had around fifty fucking kiosks put into place. What the fuck man.
Will we get the demo on the PlayStation Network? NO! We will get that trailer though... on Thursday at 3:00 PM PST. I'll upload it for you people who don't own a PlayStation 3 (aka: all of you).
Other shit you probably don't give a fuck about:
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will indeed have it's online mode, called the Online Starter Pack. Hooray for spending more money!
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops + is already out in Japan. It will be out in every region. Hooray for spending more money!
Metal Gear Solid Mobile will be released worldwide. Hooray for spending more money!
Metal Gear Solid Mobile will be preinstalled on the Sony Ericsson W535. Hooray for spending more money!
Metal Gear Solid 2: Bande Dessinée (or Digital Graphic Novel) will be released WITH the first digital graphic novel--both of which will have full voiceovers. Hooray for spending more money!

Kojima: MGS will live on, QT don't understand English

During an interview with the Dutch, Hideo Kojima reveals that, as expected, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will NOT be the last Metal Gear Solid game ever. He also doesn't mean a re-release of Guns of the Patritos either. Unless he did, and Google Translate failed.
Instead, Metal Gear Solid will be whored off in typical fashion to generate profits for Konami. I wish I was being a jackass and over exaggerating, but here's an actual translated quote:
"The only difference is that I will no longer look after the details. That will be up to my new staff, who can create a new saga around Metal Gear or whatever they want. I'll produce at the most."
"Or whatever they want"? God damn it! Why must Metal Gear live when they should just fucking end it?! Or at least give it a ten year break like they did with Godzilla?
"I think that Metal Gear will continue on just like James Bond."
Last time I checked though, James Bond doesn't age too quick. Also, he isn't dying of some weird virus. Plus, there are Bond books out there that have yet to be adapted to a motion picture. Oh, and add to the fact that each Bond film takes place quickly after another, and you got yourself a simile that doesn't make sense with Metal Gear. Why didn't he just use a video game series as an example? Mario continues on because the story doesn't have to make any sense. Zelda continues because the stories don't really have to be different. Metal of Honor continues because there just isn't enough fucking World War II shooters out there, are there?
One more thing, though, is in regards to Solid Snake. QJ.net, who are probably a reliable source according to Wikipedia, state in their headline that "Snake won't die!" However, this is not stated anywhere in the interview. Now surely I could give them a break, since it is a damn article in Dutch, right? I mean, you guys probably think "Dutch" is some ghost pirate character from Spongebob Squarepants. Maybe I would excuse Qj... except for the fact that they have a decent translation right on the news article:
"The only sad thing is to say goodbye to Solid Snake, because I created that character."
Wither or not Solid Snake actually dies is yet to be seen (or entirely up to you if you end up sucking at this game) but Qj really needs to learn how to comprehend what the fuck they read.
For anyone who's fucktarded enough to actually send Kojima death threats because he won't direct or write future Metal Gear game (so he says), can you get over it? I mean, you technically should already, since Hideo Kojima is sharing the writing and directing of Guns of the Patriots with Shuyo Murata. I mean, I like Kojima and everything, but let the poor guy work on something new!
...or old.

TGS 2007: MGS4/MGO is playable and "TOO MUCH" trailer!

To summarize:
Add the fact that Metal Gear Online is playable only in Japan already, and you got yourself a bunch of people who probably will get fucking furious if a demo is not released on PSN in the west. You think those death threats were pretty shitty, Kojima?
That's not all, either. Apparently, there will be a new trailer shown for Guns of the Patritos as well, which Ryan Payton claims will reveal "too much."
"Too much," eh? We already know about Major Spoiler and emoXwolf porn, Payton. There is never "too much" for The 'Soup!
The line of nerds, press, and people who don't know what the fuck is going on will begin next week on the 20th. Dressing up as a Metal Gear character gets you.... nothing! So don't fucking do it!
Clothing is NOT optional, unless you're as bad ass as those guys. Also, if you're going to Japan, make sure your rental car is insured for attacks by Godzilla and giant robots.

MGS4: ITS ALL UP TO YOU NOW!!!

You like Castlevania, don't you? You also plan on getting a PlayStation 3 for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots?
Well, you better hope that Guns of the Patriots ends up becoming such an epic game that it suddenly boosts PlayStation 3 sales, because if it doesn't, then expect the next Castlevania to be an Xbox 360 exclusive because Castlevania creator Koji Igarashi doesn't want to eat a dick:
"The U.S. market is the biggest market for the Castlevania series, so I will give the first priority to the U.S. market. The platform will be the Xbox 360, since the PS3 isn’t doing well everywhere in the world. As you know, Konami will release Metal Gear for the PS3, so Metal Gear might expand the PS3 market. In that case, we may release Castlevania for the PS3."
In other words, if you like Metal Gear and Castlevania, you better start praying that you either get a better job, or this happens:
I just hope all this pressure doesn't make Kojima turn Guns of the Patriots into Snake's Revenge 2 to appease the general public.
